She achieved a BSc in Podiatry in 2012 at 'University of Malta', then she started working as a full-time podiatrist in Malta and furthering her career by completing an Executive Masters in Business Administration in 2016.
She carries out assessment, examination, diagnosis, advice and treatment of any foot problems ranging from basic dermatological care such as removal of calluses and nail trimming, to more specialised areas such as biomechanical examinations and treatment of soft-tissue inflammation.
She has also recently carried out a study about the foot care in the Maltese diabetic population. At present she works at 'Birkirkara Health Centre' managing her own caseload and supporting the Management Team in strategic decisions on the Podiatry Primary Health Care services.
She is also a member of the Association of Podiatrists of Malta.
